Amakaba is offering four meetings in June to introduce you to the art of being cyclical, and to discover care practices and explore women's rituals that you can redo at home. Each session will be dedicated to an element, a phase of the menstrual cycle and a phase of the moon, and will include theoretical lessons (scientific and holistic), a moment of artistic expression and the exploration of treatments and rituals.
